Our Alpine Valley Transportation packages require a minimum 6-hour reservation at our peak rate of $125 per hour.

- Transportation for up to six passengers
- Cooler with ice (we can’t provide the alcohol*, but you can bring it)
- Limousine parking pass ($100 value included with reservation) so your chauffeur and Luxury SUV can wait for you at the venue
- All fees, taxes, and driver gratuities (we will not surprise you with additional fees after the reservation)

For Alpine Valley Car Service, Luxury SUV Rides will not be able to accept individual one-way reservations for only drop off at Alpine Valley and/or pick up at Alpine Valley Music Theatre after a concert. This is due to the fact that the roads going into Alpine Valley are closed to exit only well before the end of the concerts. Based on the time of when we would need to return to pick you up we are unable to accept other reservations in between.

Thinking of just using Uber or Lyft instead of our Alpine Valley Car Service? You should be aware that many concert goers have reported difficulty finding Uber or Lyft services at Alpine Valley Music Theatre after a concert since the roads going into Alpine Valley are closed to exit only well before the end of the concerts.

Several Uber and Lyft drivers make their way in and wait for hours without any passengers, but not nearly enough vehicles to meet the demand.
Many of these drivers will keep their driver apps off and wait for the demand to increase to offset sitting in their vehicles without paying passengers for a few hours.
Surge pricing will then kick in at up to 4-6 times normal pricing. If you are lucky enough to get one of those first Uber or Lyft vehicles you won’t have to walk too far, however, these drivers can’t get back to the venue and end up having to park on roads outside the venue (but not County Highway D since it is still closed to exit only).
Concerts goers will then have to walk along the dark county highways for up to two miles in order to meetup with their Uber or Lyft drivers. In the meantime, many of those drivers may have canceled on you since you weren’t there within five minutes.
Furthermore, taxi services are not always readily available near the Alpine Valley Music Theatre.
