Where is my chauffeur?

You will receive a 24-hour confirmation email with the trip details, vehicle information, and the name and mobile number of your chauffeur.

Additionally, you will receive an automated text message when the driver is on the way – typically 30-60 minutes prior to your scheduled pick-up time. This will include a link to a mobile-friendly webpage with up-to-date information. Technology permitting, this will include a map with the current location of your chauffeur, approximate time before arrival (realize that the chauffeur may still need to stop for fuel or a car wash), along with a photo of your chauffeur, your vehicle, and links to call or text your chauffeur.
